We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city center and enjoying various activities nearby. We especially enjoyed being right next to the river, which provided a beautiful view from our spacious room with a balcony. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the man who checked us in to the restaurant staff who took such good care of us during our meals. Speaking of the restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious, and we loved being able to dine outside on warm evenings. The staff even remembered our preferences, making us feel truly valued.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Great location, reception staff, clean, breakfast

The hotel is quite old with the rooms being 'updated', however this is not a four star hotel and is a 3 star hotel and therefore is extremely expensive. When compared to the Hotel Laurin in Bolzano (4 stars and 15 euro a night less expensive) this hotel is lacking in every way.

It was written that room is non smoking, but smell was like people permanantly smoking there. The same at the halls of the hotel. Breakfast was poor.

The service was very good. the breakfast was excellent. there was a lot of choice. only the coffee wasn' t up to standard. The location was great and very near to the old town as well as the Therme Meran. We would go there any time again.

The beds are like laying on a concrete slab. The food in the restaurant was poor ans expensive, the internet did not work, low signal all the stay. Requested a handicap room but did not get one

my stay at hotel aurora was absolutely amazing! after a terrible previous experience in merano, this hotel exceeded all expectations. the friendly staff, clean rooms, and lovely restaurant with great food made it a perfect choice for a romantic weekend getaway. highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, just a few steps away from the river promenade. You can easily explore the old city on foot or catch a bus to visit the nearby gardens or go hiking. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. You can even opt for a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the river or the town across. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection, and there is an excellent restaurant on-site.

The internet service is a bit overpriced at 6.50 Euro per hour.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the river and in the heart of the city centre. We were able to explore all the attractions on foot, making it convenient for any activity we wanted to do. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony and a view of the river. We also enjoyed the beautiful interior lounge and the charming exterior seating area. the attention to detail and the personal touch in this hotel made our stay truly unforgettable.

Great location close to tourist attractions and Christmas markets. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel decor feels outdated in some parts, especially the furniture and the window blinds. The parking is expensive and the entrance area is poor, although this did not affect our overall comfort during our stay.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers the best spot in town, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafes. It has a well-appointed restaurant with outdoor seating, perfect for summer evenings and delicious food. the breakfast buffet offers a great selection of items, including eggs, cold meats, and cheese, among others.

One of the curtains in the bedroom did not keep out the light in the mornings.
